There are four reviews in all during the course including:

During a review, with the exception of task 30, the learner is asked to demonstrate each of the tasks from the unit/units that are being reviewed. After all tasks have been attempted any that were not demonstrated to standard will be re-trained and then must be demonstrated correctly, without assistance, on two consecutive but separate occasions.

The review is successful when all tasks have been demonstrated to standard within a single lesson (eg. the assessment cannot be continued the next lesson).

The reviews are a mechanism to ensure that the skills and knowledge taught earlier in the training program are retained throughout the course and can be performed reliably.

See "Preparing for task 30" for information on how to prepare for the last training session.
